The reality for many would be what your eyes can see and your ears can hear. What if I were to tell you that whatever you see and hear is unreal and whatever you do not see and do not hear is real.
I have mentioned this before that your eyes see but it does not know what it sees. Your ears hear but it does not know what it hears. Whatever you see or hear is transmitted by electrical impulses or vibrational waves to your brains and it interprets it and tells you what it is. So if you are biased towards a way of thinking, the outcome will always be what you want to see or hear. Two people can see or hear the same thing and both can interpret it in two different ways. So what then is real? You live in your own reality of what you create be it positive of negative. A person with a positive outlook will always see and hear things positive. It is because of the different ways of interpreting what you see and hear that is the cause of all misunderstandings amongst people.
How then do we resolve this issue? Firstly the ability to communicate effectively and positively is key to better understanding of each other. Secondly is never jump to conclusion and always allow the other to finish expressing himself. Seek clarification if necessary. Most importantly do not pre-judge someone or a given situation.
So what then is real when the physical world is unreal? The unseen world is real for it is permanent. The only thing is most of us dismiss it as unreal and pay too much attention to the physical unreal world. Think about it for a moment. Whatever you see changes every nano second – in the blink of an eye it is either gone or has changed. The permanency of the unseen world is real and it is eternal. God is eternal and so is the Spiritual realm the dwelling place of the Saints and Prophets and those who have made it. They are the true governors of this universe not mortals. They are not biased and do not judge unlike what most people think.
Since life is impermanent and unreal, only death is permanent and real. Death releases the CONCIOUSNESS which is eternal and real for it never dies. This permanent entity or energy lives in every human being and every living thing and that is what you should work on in life, not about petty squabbles of being hurt or having lack in life or envy of someone else’s possession.
