THE COSMIC LAW

Today I am going to talk about the tools which have been given to us by our Guru. He says “God does not punish, we attract our own punishment through the cosmic law which is just, swift and respecter of no man.” Whether you are an atheist (a non-believer), whether you are an agnostic, or in which ever religion you belong to, as long as you are a human being you are govern by this cosmic law. Even a non-believer, he can say I don’t believe in God, he is also governed by this cosmic law.

Now let’s talk a little more about this cosmic law. The entire universe, the entire cosmos is held together by one force called love. Think about it. The power of love holds everything together. The power of love holds a family together. The power of love holds a couple together. The power of love holds communities together. The power of love holds countries together. The power of love holds the worlds together. The power of love holds the universe together. What you see today is the destruction of love. That is why you have problems in families, problems in communities, problems in countries, problems in the world. Love is the binding force which all the Masters for the last five thousand years have come to tell mankind about.

We may not pay much attention to this word love but if you go back to what our Guru has told us;

“Love needs no rituals, no symbols, no trumpeting, no ovation. In its simplicity it gathers momentum. In its purity it reaches Godly proportions. It is what is it – a Divine Force – a force that creates, a force that provides, a force that sustains, a force that protects. It needs no support, no announcement. It cannot be contained. It is all encompassing and stands on its own. It gives for the sake of giving and expects nothing in return.”

How are we connected to this cosmic law? We are connected through the divinity in us – our soul, our life force. Every cell in your body, every element in your body is found in this universe. Ever metal that is found in your body is found in the universe. Think about it. Be it iron, magnesium, whatever it is, you are connected to mother earth, whether you know it or not. You are connected to the entire universe. Therefore you are part of the universe. You are part of earth, you are part of Mother Nature, and you are part of the entire creation.

Now let’s go back to the reason why I bring you into this because I want you to understand how you are connected to the Cosmic Law. We may not pay much attention to this but as long as you think it goes out to the universe. You see the universe is impartial, it doesn’t judge. It doesn’t say you are right or wrong. That is why you attract you own punishment through your own actions. It is impartial. Now as long as you generate a thought, it goes to the universe. As long as you say something it goes into the universe. As long as do something it is there. Thoughts, words and action are something that we have always been told about, synchronise your thoughts, words and actions, but that is not good enough.

To be able to understand how we are connected to the universe through this three aspect in us, that is important. You may say that it is my thinking. No. As long as you think it generates a wave pattern. Scientists have found out that thinking generates a wave length pattern. Scientists have found out that generating thought creates a magnetic field. An entire earth is made of magnetic field. So whether you are aware of it or not it is there.

Now come back to how we are going to adjust ourselves to this universe that reacts to me, the universe reply to me. Now if you wish to connect to the universe in this sense, you always got to be positive you cannot be negative. Secondly, you must have love. Seek within yourself an area you want to expand. Say for example you are always thinking of “lack”. You lack a lot of things and that is the area you want to connect to the universe so that you can have abundance. You have to start thinking positively. You have to start using words that are not in “Lack.” Don’t say “I can’t afford this”, don’t say “I don’t have this”, don’t say “It’s too expensive”, and don’t say things like this. don’t say “It cannot be done.” If you start thinking positively, the universe will react positively to you. If say I have “Lack”, “I don’t have this, I can’t afford this”, the universe will react and give you nothing. That’s how it works. Why I am telling this is because we all have reached a stage in which you wish you have a lot of things in life. Especially the youth, you have big dreams, you want good jobs, you want husbands, and you want to have your own business first of all you must understand how you are connected to this universe.

Secondly, you must have love. Generate love to the universe and the universe will respond. Thirdly, take away all the negative thoughts that you have, words that you say and actions that you do. If want to be successful in a project for example, you have to ensure that while building towards that project, ensure that you don’t use negative words like “Cannot be done, impossible, no time”. That is verbal, and then come to your thoughts. You may not verbalise it but you may think about it. That is again negating it, cancelling it. That is why for the past many weeks we have always been focusing on your thinking habits. It is connected. Your thinking habit will always be obstructing the universe. Why do we always think this way, it is because of mental habits. If you have a mental habit which always think or say negative things, the universe will react accordingly. If you want to move away from this then you have to have an exercise book and say “What are all the negative thing I says about my health, my business, my job. What are all the negative things I say about my family? Then you slowly get rid of it. So don’t blame God, don’t blame this universe. Blame yourself.

That is what Gopal is trying to say that God doesn’t punish you. Maybe the word punish is a bit strong. God does not give. We attract our own gift through our own thoughts, words and actions. We attract what we want through our own thoughts, words and actions. The starting point has got to be love. Why? Because the entire world is held together by love. Think about it. Today what you see in society is not love. There is hatred, there is violence, there is greed, and there are lots of negative things. That is why families are breaking down, societies are breaking down, and countries are breaking down.

As we move towards the time of the Golden Age, which is pure love, why is this happening? There is a reason for it. Because for the past 5 thousand years, during the time of the Vedas they have told you this, during the time of Moses, Buddha have told this, Christ has told you this, Prophet Mohammad (saw) has told you this. Every master that had walked the face of this earth had come to say “Love.” Baba himself has said “Love all Serve All.” Sounds simple “Love all, Serve All.” But human being never analyse, never think about what is this love they talk about and connect it to other things and then you find a detail picture of what this “Love” is.

As long as there is love, everything binds, everything is held together. In your own family for example, if there is no love within family members, there is a lot of quarrel. If there is no love between husband and wife, every day you quarrel. If there is no love between you and the animals around you, you will be very angry if they come and disturb you. So love is the binding force but the love has to be unconditional love. So for all those who wish to have things in life, first of all analyse what is the obstacle you have put in front you. Of course sometimes friends can put obstacle in front of you by saying “It cannot be done, impossible, this job only super fellow can do it, and you cannot do it.” Then the seed has been planted in your brains and then it geminates into thoughts, words and action. Then you say it cannot be done. So if you wish for anything to be done this is beyond what you can do, take that seed and throw it away. Cut it out.
